Steve Yeich, CEO
Steve has over 18 years experience as a CEO/General Manager and VP Product Management and Marketing in early stage technology companies. These companies included Printrak International (now a division of Motorola), Matrix NetSystems, eRealty, and Overture (now a division of Yahoo!), all of which had successful IPOs or were acquired. In addition, Steve has experience as a Venture Partner in TL Ventures’ Austin office where he sat on the Board of several portfolio companies, and was VP Product Management and Marketing in several TL companies. Earlier in his career, Steve was an Engagement Manager in McKinsey and Company’s Los Angeles office, and held sales and marketing positions with GTE Telenet Communications and IBM. Steve has a B.S. degree, with highest distinction, from The Pennsylvania State University and an MBA, with first year honors, from Harvard Business School.

Jerad Schempp, COO
Jerad holds a JD/MBA from Syracuse University. After passing the California State Bar, Jerad gained extensive experience with the Internet as VP/Corporate Counsel and co-founder of Autographs of Hollywood, a pioneer in online entertainment industry merchandising and marketing. Under Jerad's guidance Autographs of Hollywood became not only successful, but also profitable--a true rarity during the Internet's early days. As COO, Jerad is responsible for guiding our day-to-day internal operations.

Justin Tran, Vice President of Technology
Justin is the chief architect of HostedSupport’s ezSupport products, and he leads the team responsible for all product development and product deployment initiatives. Before joining HostedSupport Justin led the customer service software team for AutoTown.com, which was acquired by Reynolds & Reynolds, the leader in auto dealer software solutions. Justin holds a B.S. degree from San Jose State University in Computer Engineering.

Hiri Etessami, Chairman
Dr. Etessami is Chairman of the Board and Founder of HostedSupport.com. Previously, he held executive positions at Niket International and Exel International in addition to founding his thriving Los Angeles-based endodontics practice. Hiri’s educational background includes a B.S. from Georgetown University and a DDS and specialty advanced degree in Advanced and Surgical Endodontics from USC.

Gary Kamins
Mr. Kamins is President, PMC Global, a world-wide conglomerate of over 40 companies. PMC is actively involved on the Boards of these companies and has created a portfolio of leading brands in the business to business sector.

David J. Wohlberg
Mr. Wohlberg is an attorney with the law firm of TroyGould. His practice emphasis is corporate and securities work, focusing primarily in the areas of high technology, biotechnology, entertainment and real estate. His practice focuses on advising entrepreneurs and high net worth individuals and counseling financiers and officers of emerging companies. He holds a B.A. with honors from University of California, Santa Cruz and a J.D. from Yale Law School, where he was Editor of the Yale Law Journal.
